Management Of Education Financing at Permata Bunda Elementary School, Demak Regency

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the management of education financing at the Permata Bunda Integrated Islamic Primary School, Demak Regency. This type of research is a case study. Data collection used in this research took the form of observing activities, interviews and searching for financial documents. This research uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis in three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) education financing management planning by carrying out planning procedures including identifying program needs, school program priorities, and school program socialization. (2) Implementation of education financing management by carrying out implementation procedures including directing the school principal and motivating the school principal. (3) Supervision of education financing management by carrying out supervisory procedures including school financing instruments, evaluation of school financing, and follow-up. The conclusion of the research is that the Permata Bunda Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Demak Regency has implemented good education financing management with the stages of planning, implementing and evaluating strategies. The author suggests that the education office provide training to school principals and teachers so that they can better understand the aims and objectives of education financing management
