Abstract

Digital archives serve as a crucial instrument for evaluating organizational performance and the cornerstone of effective governance. This research determined the readiness and usefulness of the Digital Archive System at Universitas Negeri Semarang with the Technology Acceptance Model. The conclusive research plan distributed a questionnaire to 36 active users. The researchers analyzed the data with path analysis assisted by SPSS 25. The findings revealed that perceived usefulness (PU) and social influence (SN) had a positive impact on the quality of digital archive management (DQ), whereas perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived quality of work (PQ) had no effect on the quality of digital archive management (SIARDI). Furthermore, studies demonstrated that personal innovativeness (AU) mediated the influence of perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), social influence (SN), and perceived quality of work (PQ) on the quality of digital archive management (DQ) in digital archive system applications (SIARDI).
