This research used mixed method (qualitative and quantitative methods). Data were collected through observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The data validity test used triangulation technique. The results showed that the planning of the Olympic class program was carried out by formulating the program, planning activities, preparing schedules, determining mentors, funding, and facilities and infrastructure. The implementation of the program is carried out in accordance with the program design. There are obstacles in the implementation of the program related to student motivation, division of study hours, and mentors. Program evaluation is done through meetings by the principal, curriculum, coordinator, and mentor. The effectiveness of the Olympic class program management is classified as effective.
